fast-food and take-out restaurants, by empowering customers to quickly and
easily place their food and beverage orders and pay with cash or a credit/debit card.
RoboServer provides custom designs and software features in
support of a wide range of self-service applications for
ordering and paying for products and services. RoboMedOffic
is a new kiosk-based system developed by RoboServer for pilot
testing in health care facilities, allowing patients to self
check-in, schedule appointments, fill-out forms, and purchase
copies of their medical records.

BizAuctions has established itself as a leader within the eBay marketplace through its online auctions of well known name brand merchandise. Our designation on eBay as a Power-Seller ranks us amongst the most successful leaders on eBay in terms of sales and customer satisfaction. With a worldwide audience of approximately 250 million registered users, eBay provides us a well known and established forum to market and sell our merchandise for top dollar in a competitive bidding format.
BizAuctions strategy is that of the most basic of economic principles: Buy low and sell high. We have contracted with retailers that are leaders in their industry to purchase salvaged merchandise at a discount and sell for a profit on eBay. This salvaged merchandise is generally overstock inventory, display models, and customer returns. We sell everything from quality home goods and brand name clothes to high-tech electronics. We list the merchandise through software which is fully integrated and compliant with eBay. Once an auction ends, payment is collected via PayPal or credit card. We have our own designated Account Executives with both eBay and PayPal to help the Company achieve its highest potential.
BizAuctions sales volume and revenue has increased since the inception, as the Company has capitalized on the constant demand of a loyal and growing customer base. ATTO Enterprises, Inc.
ATTO Enterprises addresses the shipping expenditures for its clients by providing our software technology that reviews the customer’s overall freight systems and expenses to determine if the customer’s costs are in line within the industry. Following the analysis, the Company will provide the customer with our findings and cost saving projections. If ATTO does not save the customer on its shipping charges, then the customer does not pay. If ATTO saves the customer on its shipping charges, then ATTO shares in the cost savings as our fee for the services.

and Resources, Inc. (WTRER) The Company had owned an Oil & Gas Lease in Texas that expired in 2004 and was not renewed. The Company does have discussions from time to time with potential lease owners or holders of gas & oil leases.
Midnight Holdings Group, Inc.
AmeriResource and its subsidiaries, RoboServer and BizAuctions, have considered the Agreements null and void due to non-performance on the part of Midnight Holdings Group, Inc. and the NIR Group, and Affiliates.
