AmeriResource Technologies Inc. ("AmeriResource Technologies" or the "Company") is a Delaware corporation that was incorporated in 1989, and has been known as AmeriResource Technologies since 1996. The Company is publicly traded on the Pink Sheets and the Company’s ticker is ARIO. This website provides information about the Company’s management.

The Company started operations as a civil engineering and construction business. In recent years, the Company has functioned as a holding Company that seeks to increase shareholder value by acquiring successful businesses and companies with key assets.

RoboServer Systems Corp. (“RoboServer”) is a subsidiary of AmeriResource Technologies Inc. that trades under its own ticker, RBSY. For more information, see www.roboservercorp.com. RoboServer develops, markets, and provides ongoing support for its innovative self-serve kiosk systems that work like ATM machines, for example, allowing consumers to pay their parking tickets and make other payments to municipalities. RoboServer systems also are used to increase customer satisfaction in fast-food and take-out restaurants, by empowering customers to quickly and easily place their food and beverage orders and pay with cash or a credit/debit card.  RoboServer provides custom designs and software features in support of a wide range of self-service applications for ordering and paying for products and services. RoboMedOffic is a new kiosk-based system developed by RoboServer for pilot testing in health care facilities, allowing patients to self check-in, schedule appointments, fill-out forms, and purchase copies of their medical records.

Green Endeavors Ltd. changed principal ownership in October 2007 when AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. closed on the sale of 90% of the issued and outstanding stock in Green Endeavors Ltd. in exchange for the issuance of 150,000 shares of restricted Series C Preferred stock of Nexia Holdings, Inc. (OTC-BB: NEXA) with a stated value of $5.00 per share. Green Endeavors Ltd. recently changed its name from Net2Auction Inc. AmeriResource Technologies Inc. recently entered an agreement that may result in Midnight Holdings Group, Inc. (Other OTC Pink Sheet: MHGI) becoming an operating subsidiary.

Midnight Holdings Group, Inc. operates automotive retail and commercial service centers in the United States. On November 29, 2008, AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. approved and entered into a Stock Exchange Agreement with Midnight Holdings Group, Inc., (MHGI), a Delaware Corporation. The closing of the share exchange will occur within ten (10) days of the successful completion of MHGI 1934 Exchange Act filings with the SEC including the filing of all Forms 10K and 10-Q. Upon the Effective Closing Date, MHGI will become an operating subsidiary of AmeriResource.
