Director, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Principal Financial Officer: Delmar A. Janovec has served as a director of the Company since May 12, 1994. On June 27, 1994, he was appointed chief executive officer of the Company, and on December 31, 1999, he was appointed president of the Company. He has served as the president and manager of the Company's subsidiary, Tomahawk Construction, Inc., since April 1980. Mr. Janovec is a descendant of the Mdewakanton Wahpakoota and Sisseton-Wahpeton bands of the Sioux American Indian Tribe and has over twenty years of experience in the construction and real estate development industries. Mr. Janovec has ongoing interest in Native American business opportunities for mutual benefit. Mr. Janovec attended undergraduate studies at Kansas State University.
